Steve took over from Joe Greco as Tatty Bogle, he stayed in the role until the series ended. In 1993 & throughout his time on the show, he was the off-screen presenter for CITV, providing the voice-over links in-between programs. In 1998 he became producer of Children's ITV and oversaw it's relaunch when it returned to in-vision presenters. He is now best known for his work behind the camera and has produced some of CBBC's most successful shows. These include Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow, The Slammer, Harry Batt, Chute! and The Legend of Dick & Dom. He has won two BAFTA awards, one in 2003 & another in 2006.
Brian Murphy has been a familiar face on British Television for the last 50 years. His CV pre-Wizadora is prolific, appearing in countless classic Film & TV Productions such as The Avengers, Z Cars and Dixon of Dock Green. In the early seventies he was cast in the role which would turn him into a household name, that of henpecked husband George Roper in the sitcom Man About the House and it's successful spin-off George and Mildred.
Brian took on the role of shopkeeper Stan in Wizadora in 1993 and stayed with the show until it ended. Since then, he has notched up memorable appearances in The Bill, One Foot in the Grave, The Catherine Tate Show and Last of the Summer Wine as Alvin Smedley.
Tessa played Pippa the Postwoman in Wizadora from 1993 to 1998, as well as other TV and Film roles. She has acted on the stage in many Theatre productions, performing at the Cambridge Shakespeare Festival and as a regular on the Pantomime circuit.
